These terms govern the use of this site and the engagement of development services with WiseCodeMinds.

Scope of services
Every project is defined in writing in a proposal detailing scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Anything not in the proposal is quoted separately.
Prices and payments
Prices published on this site are indicative. The final price is set in the proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, we invoice 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
Code ownership
Once the project is paid, the source code and database belong to the client. Third-party libraries keep their own licences.
Timelines
Committed timelines assume the client delivers information and approvals on time. Client-side delays shift the schedule.
Warranty and support
Every project includes 30 days of bug fixing at no cost. Ongoing maintenance is contracted separately.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for loss of profit or for failures of third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, external APIs) outside our control.
